Dean's List stars

    CHESTER — The following local students are on the Dean's List for their outstanding academic achievement for the spring 2011 semester. The Dean’s List at Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University, State University of New York, includes the following students from Chester: Katherine Alers, Amber Noel Becker, and Lacey Rose Cukier. The criteria for the Dean's honors in Binghamton is a minimum grade point average of 3.5. Scott Matthews, son of Robert Matthews of Goshen, was named to the Dean's List at Washington College in Chestertown, Md. Morrisville State College, which is in the SUNY system, named Alex Holst of Goshen to the Dean’s List. Morrisville students must achieve an average of 3.0 to 3.99 for the semester and complete 12 credit hours.
