DEAN'S LIST

Kathleen T. Nagengast of Monroe was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2008 semester at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh. Nagengast, a 2007 graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School, is a sophomore majoring in education and English. She is the daughter of Steven and Laura Nagengast. Keith Sullivan of Monroe was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2008 semester at the College of Saint Rose in Albany. Sullivan is a senior who expects to graduate in May with a degree in elementary education. He also is the manager of the St. Rose basketball team. Stephen McCarron has been named to the deans’ list for the fall 2008 semester at Siena College in Loudonville. To qualify, students must maintained a GPA between 3.5 and 3.89. McCarron is a senior majoring in chemistry. He is the son of Lorraine and Tom McCarron of Highland Mills. Chris Faig of Monroe has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2008 semester at St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill. A 2007 graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School, Faig is a sophomore majoring in communication arts/journalism. Bobby Leiser of Monroe has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, Mass. Leiser, a 2005 graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School, is a freshman at Fitchburg, where he is studying business marketing and playing ice hockey for the Falcons. He is the son of Bob and Michele Leiser. To qualify, a student must earn a GPA of 3.2 or better for the semester. Hillary Ovsak of Highland Mills has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2008 semester at Manhattan College in Riverdale. Ovsak is majoring in elementary and special education. Jacquelyn Accetturi of Monroe was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2008 semester at the University at Albany. She is a senior majoring in business management and marketing.
