Chester middle schoolers win academic awards

Chester — Listed below are the students presented with academic awards at a ceremony held on June 18 at the Chester Academy. Middle school principal Ernest Jackson also presented awards of appreciation to Jennifer Whalen, the school guidance counselor; Joanne Valastro, the school secretary; and Sandy Nagler, the president of the Chester Academy PTSA. The PTSA sponsored a snack reception after the ceremony for all students and parents and friends.
