Broker receives new designation

Harriman — Joanne Timperio-DeVito was recently certified by the Accredited Seller Agency Council in Atlanta, Ga., as an Accredited Seller Representative. DeVito, an associate broker with RE/MAX Benchmark Realty Group, is now trained in the representation of home sellers. She completed the required courses which focus on enhancing the realtor’s skills so as to enable them to provide true “value added” service to today’s seller.
