Andrea and William Roe of Warwick announce the birth of their daughter, Megan Ann Roe. Megan was born July 26, 2012, at St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick. She was 6 lbs. 15 oz. and 20.5 inches long. She is welcomed by her big sister Brooke She is also welcomed by her maternal grandparents Barbara and Vinny Rutigliano of Chester and her paternal grandparents Donna and Bill Roe of Warwick.
