Chris and Chrissy Daciuk of Warwick announce the birth of their daughter, Charlotte Frank Daciuk. She was born March 13, 2014, weighing 6 lbs. 3 oz., 19.5 inches long at St. Anthony Community Hospital. She joins her big brother Carter Erickson. Her grandparents are Greg Walsh of Queens and the late Mona Walsh of Warwick as well as Peter and Barbara Daciuk of Long Island. Her great-grandmothers are Helena "Mormor" Erickson of Warwick, Martha Walsh of Queens and Mildred Frank of South Carolina.
