Sarah Gaskins and Nick Suarez to wed

WARWICK — Barbara Gaskins of Warwick announces the engagement of her daughter, Sarah Gaskins, to Nick Suarez.

Sarah graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in journalism. She has managed restaurants in Brooklyn for the past eight years.

Nick is the son of Santiago and Bonnie Suarez of Greenwich, Conn. He graduated New York University with a bachelor's degree in business and a culinary arts degree from the French Culinary Institute.

They operate their own catering business, Backyard Cooking Company, and are working on opening a restaurant.

The couple are currently residing in Morris, Conn.

A summer wedding is planned.
