Samantha Leonard and Timothy Velsor to marry

EAST DORSET, VT. — Sally Asbury Leonard of East Dorset, Vt., is proud to announce the engagement of her daughter, Samantha K. Leonard, to Timothy D. Velsor, the son of Kathleen and Douglas Velsor of Bondville, Vt.
Sam graduated from Vassar College with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology and anthropology. She recently served in the Peace Corps in Grenada.
Tim received a bachelor of fine arts degree in film from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. He works as a filmmaker and visual artist in New York City.
An August 2015 wedding is planned.
