Michelle Dugan and Richie Cestaro to wed this coming August

CENTRAL VALLEY — Michael and Karen Dugan of Florida are pleased to announce the engagement of their youngest daughter Michelle to Richie Cestaro, son of Richard and Josephine Cestaro of Goshen.
Michelle is a graduate of New York University and is a licensed master social worker currently working with people with developmental disabilities at ARC of Rockland.
Richie a graduate of Dominican College is a project manager for Hugh O'Kane Electric in Manhattan.
The couple resides in Central Valley and plans to wed in August 2015.
