PINE ISLAND — Frances Gallardo of Pine Island is happy to announce the engagement of her daughter, Francesca Gallardo, to John (Bud) Allen, the son of John and Elisabeth Allen of Titusville, Fla.
The plans to wed in the Spring of 2015.
