“Stop the bleed” program at Wisner Library

Learn how to help someone who is bleeding. A “Stop the Bleed” program will be presented at the Albert Wisner Public Library in Warwick on Wednesday, October 26, at 6 p.m. Instructor Frank Stevens, EMS Coordinator at St. Anthony Community Hospital, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network, is certified by the Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and was also a NYPD instructor.
