Zoom. New acting classes at Goshen’s Academy of Film

    The Academy of Film, Television, Stage and Performing Arts is offering a Level 1 Modern Meisner introductory acting workshop on Saturday, Sept. 11, from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

    This workshop will be held online via Zoom. It will cover methods taught by Sanford Meisner, founder of The Neighborhood Playhouse in Manhattan as interpreted and adapted by David Patrick Wilson.

    On-going classes, which will begin Sept. 15, are for those students interested in participating in a professional level class. They are available for youth, teens and adults on beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The Academy is currently working on three stage productions and three films productions.
