GOSHEN — The Orange County Parks Department will sponsor its annual Young Ladies Tea at the county’s Hill-Hold Museum on Saturday, June 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This year’s theme is Butterflies in the Garden. Guests will enjoy a journey through the museum grounds looking for butterflies, followed by tea and light lunch on the historic homestead’s front lawn. The menu will include an assortment of breads and crackers with spreads, a variety of finger sandwiches, a salad tray, sweet tray, and cold herbal tea with mint. Old-fashioned games, including stilts, croquet, and hoops with sticks, will be set-up on the lawn and guests will have the opportunity to create their very own butterfly fan. The cost for the tea is $15 per person, which includes lunch and supplies. Advance reservations and pre-payment are required. Girls must be accompanied by an adult.
