Work in progress on county's first Senior Expo

Middletown — Plans are under way for Orange County’s first annual Senior Expo. This event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 20, at SUNY Orange County Community College. Any individual, business or association who provides services or products for seniors is welcome to take advantage of the Sponsorship opportunities available. Sponsors will be recognized in all publicity and promotions concerning the expo and given an exhibitor table in a prime location. The mission of this event is “To inform and educate our community to the health and social programming offered to our senior population and caregivers, and to enhance, enrich, and prolong the lives of our adult community in Orange County.” The organizing committee consists of representatives from various health care organizations as well as county departments, educational institutions and other organizations who serve our seniors.
