Winter children's programs start next week

Chester — The Chester Public Library’s winter session of children’s programs begin next week. • “Mother Goose Time” for children up to age 17 months and a guardian — Fridays, 10:30 to 11 a.m. • Parent Toddler Program for ages 18 to 36 months and a guardian — Thursdays 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. • Storytime for ages 3 to 5 (children attend this program independently) —Tuesdays 11 to 11:45 a.m. or Fridays 1 to 1:45 p.m. Programs run for eight weeks.
