WARWICK — Members of the Warwick Valley Gardeners and homeowners participating in the tour are preparing for the 19th Countryside Garden Tour scheduled for Saturday, July 14 (rain date Sunday, July 15).

The tour will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets can be purchased from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Railroad Green Park, Oakland and Railroad Avenues in Warwick for $15 per person.

This is a self-guided tour of six of the area’s loveliest gardens. Owners are busy planting, pruning and mulching to welcome guests to their property and share their joy of gardening. Also enjoy the restaurants and shops in the Village of Warwick, which won an international competition for the prettiest small village.

This is the second of the club’s three fund raisers. Profits from these events go to continuing the planting and maintenance of nine gardens throughout the town and village and the award winning programs of Garden Therapy and Arbor Day.

The final fund raiser will be our Barn Sale on Sept. 29 and 30 at Stone Bridge Station, 30 Wisner Road, Warwick, from 9 a.m. top 4 p.m. For more information, go to www.warwickvalleygardeners.com or contact Pat at 845-987-8508.
