Warwick library will host songwriter Angela Easterling in concert on May 3

WARWICK — The Albert Wisner Public Library will present singer/songwriter Angela Easterling in performance on Thursday, May 3, at 7 p.m., featuring original songs interspersed with selections of classic folk, roots, country and rock tunes.

As part of the show, Easterling will discuss the craft of songwriting and tell the stories behind her songs, weaving in some of the history of roots music and the musicians who have influenced her writing.

Roger McGuinn, founder of the Byrds, called Easterling “a bright shining star on the horizon!”
