Warwick Healthcare Campus spring ball tickets on sale

    WARWICK — The Warwick Healthcare Campus, which includes St. Anthony Community Hospital, Schervier Pavilion and Mount Alverno Center, will host its annual Spring Ball on Saturday, April 26, at the Sheraton Crossroads in Mahwah, N.J. The event is the campus’ largest fund-raiser, and has a fundraising goal of more than $200,000. Proceeds will be earmarked for the renovation of St. Anthony Community Hospital’s front entrance as part of the hospital’s overall modernization efforts. During the evening, a community member, a member of the hospital’s medical staff and a hospital employee will be honored. The recipient of this year’s “Dedicated Employee Award” is Susan Ernhout, who serves as assistant director of dietary services for the Warwick Healthcare Campus. Emhout, who has been on staff since 1975, has been instrumental in maintaining and improving both the dietary and social needs of the residents and employees. She received the Bon Secours Dedicated Service Award in 2005. Others to be honored at this year’s Spring Ball are Dr. Dominic Cappelleri, a long-time Warwick internal medicine specialist, who will receive the “Lifetime Achievement Award”; and WVT Communications, which will receive the “Caring for Life Award.” This year’s Spring Ball will also feature a drawing for a $10,000 cash prize. The winner need not be present. There are sponsorship and journal advertising opportunities for individuals and businesses. Spring Ball tickets are $200 per person.
