Kinnelon, N.J. — There was food, fun and death-defying entertainment at the two-day grand opening of the Kosco Harley Davidson on Route 23 last weekend. Although the business has been at the same address since 1995, a massive renovation was just completed. The four story construction was done by Mark Annuziato of Warwick. He was able to add the new building on top of the old one without ever closing the business. The third floor is devoted to a free motorcycle museum which includes different kinds of bikes as well as memorabilia. According to Owner Rich Kosco, about 6,000 people showed up during the two day event. Among the entertainment was Biker Billy, a cookbook author who did demonstrations and a squad of 12 to 17 year old girls who travel the country performing stunts. But the big stunts were performed on the “Wall of Death.” The wall is actually a circular wooden track that was built in Long Island in 1941. Rhett Giodano purchased it in 1993 and has been performing his freestyle show as Rhett Rotten.
