Voices wanted

WARWICK — Warwick based musician/composer Anne Marie M. Ramos is seeking to form a small women’s comedic vocal ensemble of four to six voices called, “Sister Sarah.”

Much of the comedic content will be about the amusing side of church life, often from the woman’s perspective. The music performed will be in three- and four-part harmony accompanied by guitar and small wind and percussion instruments.

“Interested participants must be comfortable with singing harmony and able to blend vocally,” Ramos said in her press release announcing the auditions. “The ability to sight read is a plus. The goal will be to create beautiful harmonic vocal music while encouraging laughter.”
