SUGAR LOAF — The Workbench Artist Co-op will host a month-long exhibit featuring the work of Paul Kirk, a New York City-based fine art photographer.
The photographs in this collection focus on the World Trade Center between 1974 and 1982 and “remind us of a time when the skyline of lower Manhattan was truly dramatic and an inspiration for expression,” according to the press release announcing the exhibit.
The exhibition will run the entire month of September. The photographs are available for purchase, with 5 percent of all profits being donated to the Warwick Humane Society.
An opening gala is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 8, from 3 to 6 p.m. There will be light food and refreshments, along with live music and a selection of pets for adoption.
The co-op is located at 1392 Kings Highway in Sugar Loaf. For more information, call 845-468-2958 or visit online at http://theworkbenchco-op.com.
