‘Tree of Life' to light up

Middletown —The public is invited to attend a tree lighting ceremony for the annual Hospice “Tree of Life” on Friday, Dec. 2. Three 12-foot trees will be lit at 6:15 p.m. in the Center Court area of the Galleria Mall at Crystal Run in Middletown. Dan Grady, President and CEO of Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, will be the master of ceremonies. The Hospice Interfaith Clergy group is facilitating the ceremony, which will include the Orange County Community College Choir and Madrigal Singers led by Christa Damaris and accompanied by Constance Lacey. The choir will provide a variety of Hannakuh, holiday and gospel songs. For more information call 561-5362.
