Tin Roof celebrates anniversary at Bodles

Chester Hot off its appearance on Northeast Public Radio, the local band Tin Roof will be celebrating its one-year anniversary at Bodles Opera House in Chester at 8:30 tonight, April 28. These five musicians from the Hudson Valley play bluegrass and Americana roots music. “We’re all very excited about returning to our home’ for this show” said guitarist and vocalist Suzy Arnowitz. Individually and collectively, the members of Tin Roof have appeared on television, radio, and major festival and concert stages, including The Towne Crier Café, Café Lena, Troy Music Hall, The Bardovan Opera House, the Doc Watson Music Festival, and Carnegie Hall. Tin Roof recently appeared on the show “Dancing on the Air,” hosted by Jay Ungar and Mollie Mason on Northeast Public Radio. Critics appreciate the band’s humor and warmth.
