Tickets now on sale for annual Winding through Warwick' holiday house tour

Festival of Trees’ to be held Nov. 19 to Dec. 1 WARWICK The holiday season will soon be upon us and it’s not too early to purchase your tickets for the “Winding Through Warwick” Holiday House Tour scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proceeds from the annual house tour will be used to benefit the Warwick Healthcare Campus of Bon Secours Charity Health System, which includes St. Anthony Community Hospital, Schervier Pavilion and Mount Alverno Center, as it purchases new equipment, provides community healthcare programs and makes vital facility improvements. This year, “Winding Through Warwick” will continue to feature some of Warwick’s most charming homes ranging from the historic and traditional to the contemporary. And, in just a couple of short months, their owners will be decorating each of their homes for the season. The annual “Festival of Trees,” which kicks off the holiday season on Nov. 19, has blossomed into an even more exciting event in the past few years with the addition of tabletop trees decorated by Warwick-area children. From Nov. 19 to Dec. 1, the trees will be on display at the Warwick Healthcare Campus, and will showcase holiday trees and wreaths creatively decorated by individuals, businesses and organizations. The trees are voted upon by visitors attending the event and then made available for purchase through silent auction bidding. Tickets for the Dec. 1 House Tour are $35 and ticket holders will also be entitled to a breakfast that morning sponsored by the St. Anthony Community Hospital Auxiliary (SACHA). “Winding Through Warwick” tickets are extremely limited and the popular event usually sells out early. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Call 987 n 5677 or visit www.StAnthonyCommunityHosp.org/events.
