Three traditions, one holiday concert

MIDDLETOWN — The SUNY Orange Symphonic Band will celebrate the season in all its multifaceted glory, showcasing music that reflects the holiday traditions of Hanukkah, Christmas and Kwanzaa. Titled “’Tis the Reason for the Season,” the concert will be performed at 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7, at the Paramount Theater, 17 South St., Middletown. The band is under the direction of Kevin Scott. The musicians include SUNY Orange students and other members of the community. General admission is $5. Tickets will be available at the door.
