Sugar Loaf — The Lycian Centre Pavilion will host the dinner theater production of the comedy, “Cooking With The Calamari Sisters, Mangia Italiano,” for two weekends, Sept. 23 through 25 and Sept. 29, 30 and Oct. 1 and 2. Hilarity, failed dishes and food fights ensue during this live “broadcast” of a small public access cooking show hosted by two larger-than-life Italian sisters, Delphine and Carmela Calamari. The sisters sing, dance and prepare traditional Italian dishes as they try to make it through their final broadcast together in one piece. As old rivalries resurface the ladies will be slinging insults along with the salami. The Pavilion is located at 1351 Kings Highway in Sugar Loaf. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays the dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the show at 8 p.m. On Sunday, dinner begins at 12:30 p.m. and the show at 2 p.m. Tickets for this uproarious program are $50 for dinner and the show or $35 for the show only.
