Tammy Wynette story on stage at Lycian Centre

SUGAR LOAF—Kings Theatre Company will present " Stand By Your Man n the Tammy Wynette Story " at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, at the Lycian Centre for the Performing Arts in Sugar Loaf The new show chronicles the life of country-music star Wynette, including her tumultuous relationship with her mother, her divorces, her addiction to prescription drugs, her illnesses, and her famous kidnapping incident. The triumphs and tragedies unfold with 26 of Tammy's hit songs, including the biggest selling single in country music history, Stand by Your Man. Tickets are $39 for adults and $29.25 for youth (18 and younger) and can be purchased by calling the Lycian Centre box office at 469-2287 Tuesday through Saturday between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
