Talk: How to bridge the generation gap in the arts

| 15 Feb 2012 | 09:36

Sugar Loaf — The Orange County Arts Council is sponsoring a "creative conversation" titled "Bridging the generation gap in the arts" from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, at 23 White Oak Drive in Sugar Loaf. "Creative conversations" are part of a grassroots movement to elevate the profile of the arts during National Arts and Humanities Month, which comes in October. They are local gatherings of engaged citizens that in some cases have grown into cohesive and organized leader networks, sparked the development of communitywide cultural plans, and helped to shape local arts advocacy by connecting the cultural sector with the business community and political leadership.
