SUNY Orange hosts Women in Jazz series

MIDDLETOWN — Sherrie Maricle and the Diva Jazz Orchestra, who are described as “a dynamic ensemble of 15 extremely talented and versatile women,” will appear at SUNY Orange on Friday, Feb. 1, for an evening of Big Band music.

The show is part of the college’s Women in Jazz Series and will be held at Orange Hall Theatre on SUNY Orange’s Middletown campus starting at 8 p.m.

Tickets are $12, adults; $10, senior citizens, faculty, staff, alumni; and free for all students.
