Students create flags to celebrate Hispanic heritage

    GOSHEN-The Hispanic Youth Leaders of America club at C. J. Hooker Middle School in Goshen recently created flags in honor of their Hispanic heritage. Club members created replicas of nine flags celebrating the countries represented by the club's members, which include Columbia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Uruguay. The flags are currently on display in the hallway of C. J. Hooker Middle School.
