Goshen Lisa Montanaro, of LM Organizing Solutions, will be teaching a six-week American Sign Language course at Orange-Ulster Boces in Goshen. The course will run on Thursdays, from Feb. 16 to March 30, with no class on March 23. Montanaro is a former instructor and interpreter of the New York School for the Deaf who enjoys introducing the hearing community to sign language. “American Sign Language is a beautiful language, and a valuable skill for teachers, parents, employers, and students, in education or languages.
