Shop at Barnes and Noble and support museum

NEWBURGH —Thursday, Dec. 6 through Saturday, Dec. 8 from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m., customers can shop at Barnes and Noble, 1245 Route 300, Newburgh, to help support the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum, located in Cornwall. By using a voucher available at the Barnes and Noble check out (or visit the museum’s Web site www.hhnaturemuseum, and click on Upcoming Events), a portion of the purchase price will be donated to the museum. Additionally, each day from 12:30 until 4:30 p.m. shoppers and their children can meet some of the museum’s native animals, including live reptiles, in the children’s book section.
