"Sunset at Boat Meadow" will be part of “Serenity," an art exhibit by Sarah McHugh, that will be on display in the lower gallery of the Albert Wisner Public Library during July. A meet the artist reception will be held Saturday, July 12, from 3 to 5 p.m.
