Seniors invited to free computer classes at Park Avenue in May

    Warwick - Park Avenue School once again invites senior citizens in the Warwick Valley School District who are interested in learning about computers to free lessons about the Internet and other computer basics. This year The school is offering the first session to seniors who have had no computer experience. These classes will be held on Tuesday, May 6. There will be two sessions: a morning session from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and the afternoon session from 1 to 2:15 p.m. For those who have more experience using the computer, there will be three sessions on how to navigate the Internet and search Web sites. These classes will be held on Monday, May 12, Wednesday, May 14, and Tuesday, May 20, with two sessions all three days. The morning session will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. while the afternoon session will run from 1 to 2:15 p.m. Joy Fuca joined Park Avenue’s staff last fall as the school’s new instructional aide in the computer lab, will lead the classes.
