WARWICK-The sidewalks of downtown Warwick will become a canvas for families to artistically celebrate the season, as part of the “Second Saturdays” promotion on Saturday, Oct. 8. Between 5 and 8 p.m., families can pick up chalk at participating downtown businesses and start creating “Autumn Sidewalk Art,” expressing what they love about the fall season, whether it be colorful foliage hikes, fruit picking at the orchards, or searching through pumpkin patches. “Second Saturdays” is a program developed by the Warwick Independent Business Alliance, where most downtown businesses remain open until 8 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month.
