‘Salute to Veterans’ exhibit extended to July 4

WARWICK — The Salute to Veterans,' historical military exhibit at the A.W. Buckbee Center, located at 2 Colonial Ave. in Warwick, has been extended until Tuesday, July 4.
The exhibit includes a collection of military paintings by renowned Warwick artist Robert Fletcher, uniforms, photos, plaques, medals and other memorabilia.
It is being held by the Warwick Valley Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #4662 and the Warwick American Legion Post #214 in partnership with the Town of Warwick Historical Society and the Village of Warwick Sesquicentennial Committee.
Veterans have been on hand, sharing stories during the exhibit, which is open Saturdays through Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
