Greenwood Lake — Rob Cannillo and Friends will return to the Greenwood Grind Coffee House and Music Venue at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, at Windermere Ave in Greenwood Lake. After performing to a capacity crowd last summer, Cannillo is returning with “Big” Will Smith on sax and Bobby MacDougall on guitar. Their music is led by Cannillo’s gritty vocals and originals songs about life, including the good times and the bad times. His new CD, “What Life Can Be” is getting good reviews, following his debut, “The Long Road Home.” Ian Schneider at Meanspeed commented, “A gutty, honest, joyous, candid work. I listened with pleasure.” For more information about the group, visit www.robandfriends.com. Tickets are $10, and advanced reservations are recommended. To order, call 651-5385.
