Revolutionary War living history summer meetings set for july 9 and Aug. 6

WARWICK — The Friends of Hathorn House Living History Group invites all who are interested in learning about the Revolutionary War in the Warwick area and colonial life activities to their summer meetings on Mondays, July 9, at Bellvale Creamery and Aug. 6 at Wickham Woodlands Park picnic area, at 6:30 p.m. each evening.
Membership in the group is open to high school students and adults; younger children welcome with parent.
New members start slowly and gradually develop a character or skill to portray, with all levels of knowledge welcome.
Typical activities include demonstrating at local area public events and classroom visits.
