Warwick — The Ramapo Mountain Boys will give the final summer concert in the Village of Warwick this Saturday, a date that was postponed because of rain last month. Pete Holmgren, who plays mandolin and owns Village Music on Main Street, is joined in the band by Dave Kopec on banjo, Bernie Riley on fiddle, Dave Dunn on guitar, and Dave Tarzian on bass. The band has been together for three years and, Holmgren said, all of the members are originally guitar players who picked up other instruments. It will be the band’s first time headlining a Village of Warwick summer concert at the Railroad Green. Opening for the Boys is Kyle Hancharick, a 15-year-old folk singer from Warwick. The music starts at 6 p.m. on the Railroad Green and it’s free, of course. Bring a chair and pick your spot. The concert series is made possible by generous donations from Brass Rose Inn B&B, Techni-Growers Greenhouses, The Demarest Hotel, Warwick Valley B&B, Jonah Mandelbaum, Mary Woodruff Bradner, Kennedy Companies, Inc., Claudia Vaccaro Real Estate, Sanford & Son, Inc., Paul Manza, The Bank of New York, and Bonacic, LoBiondo, & Krahulik, LLP.
