‘Praise in the Park'

Goshen — The Goshen Christian Reformed Church is inviting everyone in the community to its “Praise in the Park” worship service, to be held at the Village Green behind the Everett Memorial Monument on Sunday, July 16. Contemporary worship music led by Youth Pastor Paul Karus will begin at 4:30 p.m. Several choirs will sing traditional and modern songs and hymns. The Rev. Stan Sturing will bring a message inspired by the hope that faith in Jesus brings to this world. Light refreshments will be served afterward. Participants should bring a lawn chair or blanket; chairs will be provided for those who need them. The church says all are welcome who seek to affirm their Christian faith or understand what it is all about.
