Pine Island Summer Fest seeks car show logo

    PINE ISLAND — The Pine Island Chamber of Commerce and Summer Fest are asking area students to help name the classic car show being held at the Pine Island Summer Fest this year, and design a poster using that name. The festival, run by the Polish Legion of American Veterans and the Pine Island Fire Department, will be held this year on Aug. 15, 16 and 17. The classic car show will be held on Saturday, Aug, 16. The winner will receive $100. The contestants are students of the Warwick Valley School District and many are already working on their creations. The finished product should measure 11 x 14 inches.
