Pianist Michael Cialdella to perform March 14 at M-W Middle School

    CENTRAL VALLEY — Orange County native Michael Cialdella, a pianist, singer and songwriter, will perform Friday, March 14, at 7 p.m., at an event sponsored by the Monroe-Woodbury Middle School PTA in the Middle School auditorium, 199 Dunderberg Road in Central Valley. Cialdella’s performance theme is “Chasing a Dream,” which is also the title of one of the tracks on his debut album. In between songs, Cialdella will discuss the importance of finding something passionate in life to pursue, highlighting his own journey from entertainment lawyer to entertainer while emphasizing the importance of education. He will also talk about the process of writing and recording music and while touching on the state of the music industry in today’s rapidly changing digital age. Cialdella’s recently released debut album, on his own record label, was named “Best New Artist” by New Music Weekly Magazine. He also had a number one single in small radio markets around the country, and has performed at Capitol Records, a Presidential dinner, and countless other venues, including middle schools, high schools and colleges nationwide. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased through any of the Monroe-Woodbury schools and will also be sold at the door. All proceeds will benefit MSPTA and its students.
