"Photographing the Grand Landscape" master class at Orange Hall Gallery

— Greg Miller, whose exhibit "Greg Miller Photography–Scenes of the Hudson Valley" is on view in the Orange Hall Gallery, will present the master class "Photographing the Grand Landscape at a Professional Level."

Attendees will get a glimpse into his life as a professional photographer and see the process by which he prepares for picture shoots. Miller will also discuss having an emotional connection with the subject matter, finding and utilizing exceptional light, and how to be in the right place at the right time. In addition, He will be open to questions and discussion.

Miller will also have on hand his two books, "The Hudson River: A Great American Treasure" and "Panorama of the Hudson River," for book signing. His photographs offer viewers the opportunity to experience the panorama of the Hudson Valley.

The master class and exhibit are free and open to the public.

The master class takes place on Monday, Feb. 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Orange Hall Gallery, which is located at the corner of Wawayanda and Grandview Avenues, Middletown.
