Palaia Winery to host Hudson Valley Grape Jam on Labor Day weekend

HIGHLAND MILLS — Palaia Winery and Vineyards in Highland Mills will host Hudson Valley Grape Jam, a music festival to benefit the Westchester Medical Center/Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, Members of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network.
The even is expected to draw a large crowd of music lovers on Sept. 3 and 4.
Vendors of all kinds will be on the grounds both Saturday and Sunday, as well as entertainment for kids such as a bouncy slide and wagon rides through the vineyard.
There will be café-style food, wine, New York State craft beer, wine slushies, hard cider, sangria, pink lemonade and snacks both inside and outside the winery tasting room in the winery's 200-year-old barn.

Bands for Saturday are:

3:30 p.m. Morning, People”
5 p.m. Hillbilly Parade
7-10 p.m. Breaking Crazy
Lots of room to dance, too.

4 p.m. Evan Teatum & Alan Battiato
5:30 p.m. Whitney Road
7-10 p.m. Junket
