Pacem in Terris hosts a program of Baroque music on June 25

WARWICK — The next concert in this season’s series at Pacem in Terris in Warwick will be on Sunday, June 25, at 5 p.m., and will feature music by baroque composers Johann Sebastian Bach, Georg Philipp Telemann and Antonio Vivaldi.
The harpsichord master, Gregory Hayes, who has performed often at Pacem in Terris and is now one of our musical directors, will be joined by Wayne Smith, a cellist who is new to Pacem in Terris, and two distinguished flutists: Albert Brouwer, who plays with both the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and the Vermont Symphony, and Stephanie Moreau.
The program will feature two Bach flute sonatas and a Bach cello suite as well as Sonatas by Telemann and Vivaldi.
Pacem in Terris is a not-for-profit organization located at 96 Covered Bridge Road in Warwick.
No reservations possible. Tickets go on sale at 4 p.m. on site, rain or shine.
