Outside the classroom': Exhibit of teachers' art
Goshen The Goshen Central School District will present “Outside the Classroom: Teachers as Working Artists,” an exhibit of artwork created by the district’s art teachers. Artwork will include oil paintings, watercolors, photographs, sculptures, jewelry, and crafts. An opening reception will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 18, in the Board of Education Room, 227 Main St., Goshen. The artwork will be on display until Oct. 27. The teachers who will be showcased include Robert Hoover, Goshen Intermediate School; Alex Lombardo, Goshen High School; Melissa Ochs, C. J. Hooker Middle School; Christina Pahucki, C. J. Hooker Middle School; Marc Pizzo, Goshen High School; Ruth Roebuck, Goshen High School; Karen Schoonmaker, Scotchtown Avenue Elementary School; and Chris Tucci, Goshen High School.
