‘Oliver' comes to the Lycian

    SUGAR LOAF—Next Stop Broadway Productions, a Warwick/Pine Island theater company, is presenting "Oliver, the Musical," at the Lycian Centre Pavilion on Saturday and Sunday, July 23 and 24 and again on July 30 and 31, with matinees and evening performances each day. The Lionel Bart musical is based on "Oliver Twist," Charles Dickens' story of an orphan boy who runs away, meets a street character called the Artful Dodger, and joins a pick-pocket gang run by another character named Fagin. The story, suitable for the entire family, has a happy ending. Ticket prices are $20 for adults, $18 for students and seniors. For more information, call 738-2391.
