MSMC invites artists to exhibit on campus
NEWBURGH Mount Saint Mary College will be holding its 31st annual Artists on the Campus outdoor art show and sale on Sunday, June 4. Artists are invited to exhibit their work in judged or open categories. The rain date is Sunday, June 11. In the judged section, all media are eligible for the Sister Francis Joseph Egan Best in Show Award. Other awards include the Bethlehem Art Gallery Award, the Gayle Clark Fedigan Hudson Valley Landscape Award, and the Wildlife Award. Ribbons will be presented for first place, second place and honorable mention in: oils and acrylics, black and white photography, color photography, original drawings and prints, mixed media, water media, pastels, and sculpture. To have their names included in the program, exhibitors must be registered by Friday, May 26. Entries will be accepted on the day of the show if space is available. All exhibitors will be eligible for a free raffle of a $25 gift certificate for custom framing donated by Clearwater’s Gallery & Gifts. Artists may register by returning an entry form, along with a non-refundable $20 fee for either the judged section or the open section, or $25 for both.
