WARWICK — Inspired by the PBS television series, “Downton Abbey,” the Warwick Merchants Guild is offering a raffle prize of a trip to the United Kingdom to visit Highclere Castle, where the Masterpiece Series is film.

The drawing will be held Sunday, May 5, during the “Afternoon to Remember” tent party. All proceeds will benefit St. Anthony Community Hospital and the Warwick Historical Society.

This four-day getaway includes round-trip airfare for two, three nights accommodations, ground transportation and admission to Highclere Castle. Warwick Valley Travel is coordinating the details.

Raffle tickets are $10 and are available at the businesses of many Warwick merchants.

“An Afternoon to Remember” is a grand turn-of-the-century tea party with ladies and gentlemen strolling in hats and gloves, enjoying posh teatime delights at beautifully appointed tables with music from The Vivace String Quartet. Registration begins at noon at The A. W. Buckbee Center, followed by a grand tour of five of The Historical Society’s downtown museums, ending with a high tea on the lawn of Lewis Park.
