May is Bird-a-thon Month at county land trust

Middletown — Orange County Land Trust are holding their 5th Annual Bird-a-thon during the month of May. This year the Bird-a-thon features a guided urban birding adventure through Fancher Davidge Park for Middletown youngsters in partnership with the Middletown YMCA. Other scheduled events for the month of May include “Welcoming the Birds Back” at Moonbeams Preserve on Sunday, May 20, “Birding with Babes” at Moonbeams Preserve on Friday, May 25 and a Spring Wildflower Walk at Fuller Mountain Preserve on Saturday, May 26.
